Cancellation of Inner Temple event (both in the church and in the Hall) at 6pm, Thursday 2 November 2023

Due to an extraordinary electricity power failure in the Inner Temple, we have been advised late this afternoon by the Inner Temple staff who, in turn, are advised by the Health and Safety authorities that the entire stock of meals prepared for you to eat tomorrow has now been rendered inedible.

Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to source an alternative venue and catering. So, with the greatest possible reluctance, we are obliged to cancel our event.

If you had booked a ticket,  offer my apologies for any inconvenience to you that this has happened. You will, I hope,  appreciate that this is completely out of ZANE’s direct control.  Of course we will refund the cost of your ticket. Please email us your bank details.

Please note that Senator David Coltart is being interviewed by former foreign secretary, Sir Malcolm Rifkind on Thursday 9 November at 4pm at St Matthews’ Church, 20 Great Peter Street, Westminster SW1P 2BU. Christina Lamb, who was due to speak at the Inner Temple, has kindly agreed to take part in this event.
