Rt Hon the Baroness Chalker of Wallasey
Lady Chalker is Chairman of Africa Matters Limited, an independent consultancy on Africa and development to business and governments. From 1979-97, she held numerous Ministerial offices, including Africa Minister 1986-97 & Overseas Development 1989-97. In those years she spent time with Robert Mugabe and his first wife.

Matthew Neuhaus
Matthew Neuhaus is a senior Australian Diplomat. From 2012-5 Matthew was Australia’s Ambassador to Zimbabwe. Prior to that he was Australia’s High Commissioner of Nigeria. From 2002-8 he was Director of the Political Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London.
